Party Wizards is focused on building a close relationship with clients in order to offer the best services possible for each event. Our top of the line bartenders and servers have been professionally trained in special event services, and are always at hand to fulfill all of the event needs. We are always striving to fulfill the needs of our clients in order to make our client's event as stress free as possible.
Excellent services is our main goal. While each of our servers is trained in fine dining, we selectively choose waitstaff and bartenders that suit the needs of the events. If your party calls for a fun loving, energetic bartender, we do our best to send you someone who fits those needs. Equally, if you need a multi-talented server who can make drinks or give a hand in the kitchen, we provide one of our multi-skilled staff members. Quality control is important to us, so unlike other staffing companies, we hire only the most qualified and enthusiastic applicants. We treat every event like it is our own, and we train our staff to do the same.
Uniforms:
Each staff member comes equipped with their serving needs. All servers and bartenders carry writing utensils for taking notes, a wine key, hand sanitizer, and a first aid kit. Many servers bring other items they feel are useful for events as well. Additionally, bartenders carry a bar kit that consists of their necessary tools for making drinks: martini shakers, bottler pourers, ice scoop, etc. They also bring with them a set of questions for the host upon their arrival. These help the staff acclimate themselves with the location, and prevent them from interrupting you during the course of the event. Needless to say, our staff comes prepared to make your event as stress free as possible.
When hiring a server or bartender from Party Wizards, you have a choice of two uniforms:
Formal: Tuxedo shirt, black bow tie, black pants and apron
Casual: White polo shirt, black shorts
